While having a healthy body plays a significant role wellness cannot be achieved by only addressing the needs of your body. Wellness can truly only be achieved by considering all aspects of your life.
What you eat, how much and what type of exercise you get, how you sit, stand and sleep, where you work, how you work, how you manage your stress, how you spend your leisure time, the joy or stress you receive from your relationships all play an integral role in the level of wellness that you are able to achieve.
